Support Chengeta With a Fundraiser

There are many ways you can support Chengeta by setting up your own or group fundraisers. We’ve listed some great ideas below to get you started.

Take on a Challenge

Whether you want to run a marathon, climb a mountain, do a sponsored walk or complete 100 press ups, taking on a personal or team physical challenge can be both personally rewarding and a great way to fundraise for Chengeta.

UK based supporter Sian Lewis (pictured above) took on an epic challenge in September 2021 to Walk for Rory to honour our inspirational leader and raise funds for Chengeta. We supported her throughout the challenge and were so proud of her and her team of walkers who raised over £4000 (USD $5000) to support our ongoing work.

All you need to do is select a challenge to do, decide whether to do it alone or with a group of friends, contact us at info@chengetawildlife.org letting us know your plans and we will help you with the information you need to sign up to a fundraising website to ensure the donations come to Chengeta and give you tips on how to promote your challenge.

Set up a Facebook Fundraiser

If you have a Facebook account, make sure you ‘like’ Chengeta’s page here and you can set up your own birthday or other event fundraiser to directly support our work.

Fundraise with your School or Place of Work

Group events and fundraisers can be set up by schools, classes, businesses or departments whether you do a fundraising dinner, sponsored sports day or cake sale, we’d love for you to get involved to support Chengeta.

Donate Your Work

If you are a photographer or artist, you can donate either your work for us to sell or give a percentage of the sale of your work to Chengeta. Please contact us on: info@chengetawildlife.org to organise.
